I'm a 28-year-old Geek Girl living in the Oldest City in the US, and I have a lot to say about the world of televised genre fiction. SciFi, Fantasy, Horror, it's all a great way to gage a culture and it's view of the world. I have a deep-seated and incurable love of all things speculative, which I chalk up to growing up in the 80s-- it was a golden age of the unreal or could-be-real, and it laid down a lot of the framework of who I am.
